All customer service questions are handled by email.  There are multiple templates to fill out on the website for different issues.  Orders may be placed by telephone, but since the order process is largely animated, any changes or problems need to be reported by email to the company.  A call to the administration office will not get anyone who can help with customer service. more

As for my own point of view, and based from my experience, salabat, or boiled ginger is helpful for the vocal chords. You may not like its taste, but its nice output is sure. just boil some slices of ginger then drink it . make sure its warm. more

What Sara said is so true.  I've heard many, many singers and instrumentalists in my lifetime and taught a lot of students.  It is entirely possible to teach someone to be an excellent musical "technician".  That means they get all the right notes at the all the right times, they play the dynamic markings (louds, softs) that are shown, yet their music has no sparkle, no life.  ... more
